What you can do with pregnancy tracking

Pregnancy tracking gives you a simple, private space to log experiences, understand where you are in your pregnancy, and stay oriented as things change.

Log your body changes

Capture everyday observations, thoughts, and moments, as much or as little as feels right.

Your fertility history is with you

Test results and cycle data remain part of your timeline — no separate apps or exports needed.

See your pregnancy timeline

Know exactly how many weeks and days you are — updated automatically every day, no math needed.

No reset when you get your positive

The app shifts from cycle tracking to pregnancy mode automatically. Your data stays exactly where it was.

Automatic due date and pregnancy timeline

When you enter your LMP, the app takes it from there.

The app uses the standard clinical method: estimated due date equals 40 weeks from the first day of your last menstrual period. Your gestational age in weeks and days updates automatically every day. No recalculating, no adjusting — just open the app and see where you are.

You don't enter or adjust the due date manually. If your provider gives you a different date based on an ultrasound, their date takes precedence — the app date is an estimate based on your LMP.

This app is wonderful and simple to use. It's easy to upload tests and extremely easy to navigate your ovulation and pregnancy questions. It helped me keep track of my cycle and get pregnant within 3 months of downloading the app. Definitely an everyday use app!

I've tried many apps and this one is by far the easiest, and helpful one I've used including the free version. It's easy to keep up with and stress free. I highly recommend this app.

I like being able to upload my ovulation tests and all of the other features of this app. Its calculators and predictions have been the most accurate of all the apps I've tried.

Frequently asked questions

What can I track during pregnancy in the Pregmate app?

You can record notes and everyday observations as your body changes: physical changes, symptoms, thoughts, questions for your provider, or moments you'd like to look back on. Each entry saves with your current gestational age and date. There's no required format and no daily check-in structure.

What information do I need to enter to get started?

The first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). From that single date, the app automatically calculates your estimated due date and current gestational age in weeks and days. You don't enter or adjust the due date manually. When your pregnancy ends, you can record the outcome — a birth date or miscarriage date — to keep your history accurate and complete.

How does the app calculate my due date?

Pregmate uses the LMP-based method: estimated due date equals 40 weeks from the first day of your last menstrual period. This is the standard clinical approach used by most healthcare providers as a starting point for pregnancy dating. All dates shown in the app are estimates. If your provider gives you a different date based on an ultrasound or clinical assessment, their date takes precedence.

Can I change my due date in the app?

Not manually. The due date is calculated automatically from your LMP and cannot be adjusted by the user.

Do I need to log something every day?

No. You can log notes as often or as rarely as you like. The app works the same whether you track daily or only when something feels important to record.

What happens if my pregnancy ends or has a different outcome?

The app supports three outcomes: active pregnancy, miscarriage, and birth. When you record an outcome, your status updates and the information saves to your history. Your data isn't deleted or reset — everything stays part of the same continuous timeline.

What happens when I give birth?

You record your birth date. A congratulatory screen acknowledges the milestone. Your full pregnancy timeline is saved to your history, and your status updates accordingly.

Will my cycle and ovulation tracking data still be available?

Yes. Your fertility and cycle history stays with you. Period logs, ovulation test results, and symptom data all remain part of your timeline when you move into pregnancy tracking.

Is pregnancy tracking a medical tool?

Pregmate helps you stay organized and track your pregnancy experience, but it doesn't replace prenatal care. Think of it as your personal pregnancy notebook—your healthcare provider is still your medical expert. Due dates and gestational ages are estimates based on your LMP, and your provider's assessments always take priority.

Is my pregnancy data private?

Yes. Everything you track is visible only to you, stored according to Pregmate's privacy standards, and never shared without your consent.

A gentle reminder

The Pregmate app is designed to help you stay organized and informed, not to replace medical care. For any questions about your pregnancy, your healthcare provider is the right resource.
